The ski areas of Mt. Washington Valley are dedicated to entertaining you and your group of friends and family. Many of the thirteen alpine and cross-country ski resorts are hosting family-friendly events throughout North Conway, NH; Jackson, NH, and beyond!
Cranmore Mountain: It’s all about fun this February at Cranmore Mountain Resort. Cranapalooza, Cranmore’s signature family event, will take place on throughout February from 2:30pm – 4:30pm, including Saturday, February 11th, and February 18th through February 25th. On February 25th, Cranapalooza culminates in a fireworks display at 6:30pm! Held in Schneider Square, the block party style event includes $1 smores, music, appearances from Cranmore’s penguin mascot, C-more, lawn games, giveaways and more.
Live music will be playing in Zip’s Pub from some of the Valley’s favorite musicians, scheduled regularly on Wednesday’s and Saturday’s, Cranmore increases the playing schedule to daily through the February vacation period, from 4pm – 7pm!
Live Entertainment is also hosted at King Pine Ski Area’s Trail Side Tavern. Playing every Saturday from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, live music at King Pine features a different artist every week!
Attitash Mountain Resort, and its sister, and neighboring mountain Bear Peak offers free live music on Saturdays at Attitash and Bear Peak Base Areas. Click Learn More for featured bands.
Ski resorts aren’t just for skiing either! You can tube at many of the resorts, including King Pine Ski Area, Great Glen Trails, and Cranmore Mountain Resort – which also welcomes you to take rides on its mountain coaster, Giant Swing, and Soaring Eagle Zip Line!
Night Skiing is also a popular offering with Pleasant Mountain in Bridgton, Maine offering the most Night Skiing in New England, starting at 3:30pm, Monday through Saturday! King Pine also hosts Twilight Hours every Tuesday, starting at 3:30pm, and Cranmore Mountain offers night skiing on Saturdays and holiday periods until 8pm.
